BONUS: Next up among our Chainsaw Man Inspired Workouts is Quanxi! I love the fact that we're getting so many awesome female characters from Chainsaw Man, and Quanxi is the obvious next choice to join our other workouts. Oddly enough (odd because we normally see the opposite) we actually have both our female characters in the weight training category and two male characters in the calisthenics category, just getting our first male weight training routine with our Kishibe Inspired Workout - so for Quanxi I'm going to make it a point to get a female calisthenics routine in there for
BONUS: You guys recently pointed out that we only have our original Nami Inspired Workout, that happens to revolve around weight training to achieve a Nami aesthetic. And then you made it pretty clear that you want a calisthenics version to utilize as well. Our calisthenics workouts have been becoming more and more popular on the site, so I'm not surprised, and with the explosion of popularity among our One Piece Workouts Database recently (for obvious reasons, with the Netflix live action release), it's perfect timing. This one won't be very intense, but it will still be more than a
BONUS: After the recent release of another Chainsaw Man trailer you guys in The SHJ Army are going nuts and want more characters NOW! So here we are adding onto what we started with our Denji Inspired Workout. I even went ahead and added a Chainsaw Man Inspired Workouts section within our larger Anime Workout Database because I know you guys are going to want it filled up quickly. I'm also really happy that we're going to have not only two main characters of the opposite sex, but both that come in as fan favorites that are extremely strong! Although
BONUS: Welcome back to our newest category and playlist: The Superhero (or character) Inspired Workout Routine and Video Guides! We've been going in a nice zigzag order thus far. Our sequence currently goes like this: Marvel Character -> DC Character -> Anime Character And, we've also seen all these characters before as well. This new category is strictly quick circuits to also give you the video guide. Here's a breakdown of what we've seen thus far: Thor Workout -> Thor Inspired Kettlebell Circuit Nightwing Workout -> Nightwing Inspired Circuit Goku Workout -> Goku Inspired Circuit Spider-Man Workout -> Spider-Man Inspired
BONUS: You guys have made it pretty clear you want Aiku Oliver in our Blue Lock Inspired Workouts as soon as possible, so we're finally getting him. We went on an absolute tear through Blue Lock characters when the series first when live, but Aiku Oliver wasn't one of the main characters to show up in the anime so he was unfortunately put to the side for a bit. That said, he has become one of the most popular Blue Lock characters in the entire series, so manga/anime or not, he deserves his slot. Aiku Oliver looks like he's more
BONUS: I mentioned in the last article that you guys have been going pretty hard for the characters being added into our Viral Hit Inspired Workouts Database and I wasn't kidding. We had a similar thing happen when we started bringing in some of the characters that now make up our Lookism Inspired Workouts, so I'm not surprised it's happening again. Taehoon song is actually going to be a fun one though being that we've been trying to switch it up a bit when it comes to our calisthenics workouts and Taehoon has a strong athletic physique, but one that
BONUS: It's time for us to make our way back to our Fire Force Inspired Workouts. We've already had a handful, but the members of The SHJ Army have spoken and it's time we add Arthur Boyle to our list. Boyle came it at number six among our most popular Fire Force characters and even came in on our list of the most powerful Fire Force characters at number eleven, just missing the top ten. He's also a sword wielder, which makes him join another special rank among our Anime Inspired Workouts. And, as we'll learn about him in our
BONUS: We can't have a full One Piece Workout Database without multiple ways to train like Sanji. We've obviously already had Sanji show up among our other Anime Workouts, but now it's time for him to make his way in with a circuit. For those of you new here: the large majority of the workouts I write are for a full week of training (to be repeated for 1-3+ months) around a specific characters appearance, abilities and background - but our jump rope workouts are fun circuits I build so that you guys can step up the intensity and mix
BONUS: In my opinion Assassination Classroom is extremely underrated. There are definitely tons of anime fans, like you and I, out there that love it, BUT I think it should get a lot more love sometimes. We have had a few characters join us so far, like Korosensei and Karma, but now it's time to bring in Nagisa Shiota and work our way through some other fan favorites. Korosensei came in at number fifteen among the most powerful anime characters of all time - so anyone who is training under him is likely someone we want to be able to
BONUS: I really wanted to make sure our Sports Themed Anime Inspired Workouts have a wide range of awesomeness, so I decided to prioritize Sakamichi Onoda this week. We already have nearly a dozen characters in there (actually Sakamichi will make a dozen), and I'm going to keep them coming; but we don't have many cycling routines; which makes him a perfect character to get in as soon as possible. He'll be on his own considering we probably won't see very many more (if any at all) Yowashi Pedal characters, but that's the whole reason we have our Sports Themed
BONUS: We've been on a roll bringing more calisthenics workouts into our Demon Slayer Inspired Workouts Database and now it's time for Kokushibo. Kokushibo is an extremely powerful character, so this one is going to be built super intense - but I'll also give you guys some options to scale down or even get start with alternative workouts. Kokushibo came in at number two among the most powerful Demon Slayer demons and at number three amongst the most powerful Demon Slayer characters of all time - just to put his power level into perspective. And, if you're looking for our
BONUS: Buddha is one of the most popular Record of Ragnarok characters right up there without Adam based on search results, and he hasn't even made it to the anime yet! We've also had Zeus considering he was requested so much among The SHJ Army, but now we're here for another one of humanity's reps! We don't have a full Record of Ragnarok database within our Anime Workouts Database just yet, but based on the amount of requests I have been getting for more characters I'm sure we're going to have one pretty soon. Either way, for now, I'll be
BONUS: Sae Itoshi came in at our number one slot among our best Blue Lock players and now it's finally time to add him to our routines. We recently also gave Blue Lock their own Blue Lock Inspired Workouts Database rather than host it all out of our Sports Themed Anime Workouts being that you guys are consistently requesting more and more Blue Lock characters. That said, you guys made it pretty clear you want Sae Itoshi next and I'm keeping him within our bodyweight workouts. That'll allow the majority of our SHJ Army to jump in and take advantage
BONUS: We're back for another massive Undead Unluck character. Our Undead Unluck Inspired Workouts database has been growing, and we're slowly approaching the magic number ten. This time we're bringing in Haruka Yamaoka, who is going to be one of the only handful of female behemoths we have inside our databases - making this one extra fun. And if it isn't obvious right off the bat: we're building this one with weight training - so if you want bodyweight training you'll want to hop into the Calisthenics Workouts Database instead. Haruka Stats: Real Name: Haruka Yamaoka Height: 6'9 Weight: N/A
BONUS: I'm so excited for Bleach hype to finally be back! We get to start bringing new characters into our Bleach Inspired Workouts now that you guys are flooding up the request forms with more Bleach characters again, starting with Gin Ichimaru. We recently brought in another variation of our Ichigo inspired routines so that you guys have both a calisthenics variation AND a weight training variation, but Gin is up next among the requests. With all the new releases coming out along with Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War it has actually became super fun to be getting a slew of
BONUS: You guys have been requesting it more and more - and it's to the point where it's no longer possible to ignore. The SHJ Army is relentless when they want a character added to our Workout Database! We actually had a few other Riot Games (League of Legends) characters on the site not so long ago, but now technically Vi and her Arcane crew are part of our anime world - so they'll be joining the Video Game Inspired Workouts AND our popular Anime Inspired Workouts (both sub sections). You guys know I am a HUGE Riot fan, and
BONUS: We've been bringing more and more Blue Lock characters into our Sports Themed Anime Inspired Workouts, and next up is Ryusei Shido! Shido comes in heavily requested by The SHJ Army and is another great character for us to add to our calisthenics workouts as well. So far we've had a pretty even back and forth among our Blue Lock characters, with three calisthenics workouts and three weight training workouts - Shido coming in and bringing us to one up for bodyweight training. It also gives us an opportunity to build out a routine both around a super skilled
BONUS: You guys have been asking for this one for a while, and the time has finally come to bring Izana back into our Tokyo Revengers Inspired Workouts. We've already had Izana join our other Tokyo Revengers characters, but our original Izana Inspired Workout is built around weight training; and the calisthenics members of The SHJ Army spoke up and they want the second variation ASAP. So here we are. Izana actually made it onto our list of the most powerful Tokyo Revengers characters coming in at number four AND even onto our list of the most popular Tokyo Revengers
BONUS: It's time to bring in Kaido's heir: Yamato! Yamato is a unique character for many reasons, born Kaido's daughter, which we'll learn more about below, but choosing to become and identify as a man, brings in another great layer to our characters development. He doesn't quite land among the most popular One Piece characters, but you guys made it clear this is a character you want to see among our One Piece Inspired Workouts - and thankfully, I think he's a super fun character to be building one around. The combination of overwhelming abilities with a great aesthetic to
BONUS: We have made it through nine workouts within our Assassination Classroom Inspired Workouts already and I wanted to make sure that for our tenth one we bring in another fan favorite female character. I originally thought it was going to be hard to hit ten characters, but you guys kept the requests coming in, and now here we are. For a while all we had was Koro-Sensei, and I was pretty sure it was going to stay that way. Then all of a sudden there was Karma, Nagisa, Irina, and it just kept coming. Now here we are for
BONUS: Are you guys getting sick of Tokyo Revengers Inspired Workouts? I bet you're not, especially considering you guys keep requesting more characters. Ran actually made our list of the strongest Tokyo Revengers characters, coming in at number six on the list; and he even came in at number five among our list of the most popular Tokyo Revengers characters! We haven't seen that much of him in the anime just yet, but he's a BIG name in the manga - and you guys have been requesting him like crazy. I'm sure we'll even see his brother Rindo in the future as
BONUS: Back to back Lookism characters. How awesome is this? We've been getting one to two Lookism Inspired Workouts for the last few weeks, and you guys are still flooding the request form with more characters - but I think I have finally managed to catch up a bit after this one. Goo Kim is another extremely popular character, coming in within the top five strongest Lookism characters at number four (with some even arguing he could have been within the top three), so we're definitely going to have some fun with this one. This one is going to be
BONUS: I'm so excited to be building out our Assassination Classroom Inspired Workouts enough for them to have their own mini database. It's also a ton of fun to be able to have not only students but also the 'teachers' join the database to really mix it up and have a good variety of training styles. We won't be able to be as diverse of a student to teacher relationship as we see in our My Hero Academia Inspired Workouts, but Assassination Classroom comes in with different vibes all around and is going to still make a lot of the
BONUS: It's a little surprising it took us this long to bring Mio Ibuki into our Classroom Of The Elite Inspired Workouts. Not only is she a super popular character, but she's also an extremely strong female character that obviously deserves a spot among our workouts! You guys had requested her a handful of times, but just not quite enough to prioritize her...then all of a sudden we hit eight or nine characters and you guys were ready to flood the request form with Ibuki requests! We have a handful of female characters with calisthenics workouts among our Classroom Of
BONUS: We're back for some more Blue Lock, coming in with Rin Itoshi. We have had Yoichi Isagi and Meguru Bachira already, but you guys are going to riot if we don't get Rin soon, so here we are. It doesn't look like Blue Lock is getting its own mini database within our Anime Workout Database but we're still going to be bringing them in within our Sports Themed Anime Workouts. If you're just showing up, though, I do want you to know that we'll be building this one out around bodyweight training, so if you're a member of our
BONUS: Our Dragon Ball Inspired Workouts Database is one of our largest databases and still consistently continues to grow. That said, I wanted to make sure we get some more female characters in there, starting with Cheelai from Dragon Ball Super Hero. We'll have some others, like Pan, Vados and even more Dragon Ball females - but you guys made it pretty clear you want me starting with Cheelai. We had a few other characters from Dragon Ball Super Hero hit the database, like Orange Piccolo for example, and I'm sure these won't be the last of them. Cheelai Stats:
BONUS: While I am itching to get some more calisthenics workouts in for our Kaiju No. 8 characters, Isao Shinomiya is too incredible of a character to not be next. There's a few characters I'm sure we'll revisit and get multiple variations for once the anime comes out and Kaiju No. 8 blows up...but for now I'm doing my best to get some of our favorite characters here and ready. That said, so far Isao Shinomiya will be our sixth character inside our Kaiju No. 8 Inspired Workouts Database and we already have requests for more characters waiting from you
BONUS: Next up among our Sword Art Online Inspired Workouts is Eugeo! We've been making our way through some of the more popular characters in SAO and Eugeo is definitely among them. Actually, Eugeo comes in at number five on our list of the most popular Sword Art Online characters. He didn't quite make the list of our most powerful SAO characters, but that doesn't make him any less of a fan favorite. I have been enjoying our SAO characters because they allow us to bring in some beginner to intermediate routines being that our characters don't actually have overwhelming
BONUS: We're finally bringing in Sakura Hibiki to join Machio Naruzo within our Anime Workouts Database. I mean, after all, how can we not have multiple members (especially of the opposite sex) from an anime called 'How Heavy Are The Dumbbells You Lift?'? Trick question. This one is going to be a lot of fun. I'll break it down a lot more below, in our workout research section - but the plot of HHATDYL really fits in well with the goals of SHJ. It'll be like we're re-writing her story, but for you instead. Either way she’ll definitely be a
BONUS: The requests for Samdak have been coming in slowly but surely, and then we had our Hobin Yoo Workout hit the site and all of a sudden you guys flooded me with more for Samdak. And today is the day we'll be getting his workout. To make sure all of our members can jump right in (some with some scaling), we'll be keeping this one inside our calisthenics workouts, while still aiming to achieve Samdak's incredible power level and incredible prime physique. The chicken mask is optional, but we'll be looking to emulate the rest of the Samdak aesthetic.
BONUS: By popular request, the next female to join our Anime Workouts Database is Revy from Black Lagoon. Being that I've been adding a handful more characters that are structured almost entirely on a cosplay-oriented workout - the requests for Revy recently blew up. Revy is a badass character, but she will also fall into the cosplay styled routine as well, with the exception of basing some of the training on her military background. But more on that in our workout routine research section. I'm excited to see how people react now that they can get Revy as a result
BONUS: Next up among our Blue Lock characters, joining our Sports Themed Anime Inspired Workouts is Rensuke Kunigami! You guys made it pretty clear you wanted Rensuke next, and although he is known as 'Muscle Hero' or 'Muscle Kunigami' we're going to be building this one out around calisthenics training for all our bodyweight members of The SHJ Army. Kunigami may be lean and toned with a muscular physique, but it is definitely achievable with calisthenics training, so I want to make it a point to take advantage of that and add him to our calisthenics workouts. That said: you
BONUS: Are you guys getting sick of Tokyo Revengers Inspired Workouts? I bet you're not, especially considering you guys keep requesting more characters. Ran actually made our list of the strongest Tokyo Revengers characters, coming in at number six on the list; and he even came in at number five among our list of the most popular Tokyo Revengers characters! We haven't seen that much of him in the anime just yet, but he's a BIG name in the manga - and you guys have been requesting him like crazy. I'm sure we'll even see his brother Rindo in the future as
BONUS: Mitsuri Kanroji has been requested hundreds of times for a second edition to our original Mitsuri Workout (which was weight training), and the new season of Demon Slayer hasn't even released yet. This time we're going to be revolving our training around calisthenics to switch it up and let all our Mitsuri fans inside the SHJ Army able to jump right in, regardless of your preferred training style. Our Demon Slayer Inspired Workouts Database is one of our largest anime databases inside our entire Anime Workouts Database, and this one is helping us step it up to another notch.
BONUS: We have been slowly adding to our Riot Games Inspired Workouts with League of Legends characters being the most prominent. But now I'd like to take a more active role in adding them on a weekly basis considering the reactions we've had after the last few characters we brought in. And I'm starting us off with Fiora, The Grand Duelist! Fiora is shredded, and we're going to be adding her into our Calisthenics Workouts Database, meaning this one will be built entirely around bodyweight training. Fiora Stats: Real Name: Fiora Height: 5’11 Weight: 160 lbs. Video Game: League Of Legends
BONUS: Not too long ago we brought in a new variation to our Captain Obi workout within our Fire Force Inspired Workouts, and now it's time for another take on Arthur Boyle. Our original Arthur Boyle Inspired Workout was built around weight training (and we do actually get to see him lifting some weights in Fire Force), but this time we're going to be sticking to calisthenics and bodyweight training. This one is going to be a fun one because we'll be able to make better use of some of the firefighter training I wanted to implement for our Captain
BONUS: We're bringing back Tokyo Revengers this week with none other than Smiley! We already know season two is coming soon and we have to be prepared ahead of time for the flood of requests that are going to be coming in. The last season exploded us (me) with requests and we our Tokyo Revengers Inspired Workouts quickly became one of the biggest among our entire Anime Workouts Database. Nahoya Kawata already has enough requests to make him a priority this week, which makes it even easier for us. Nahoya Kawata Stats: Real Name: Nahoya Kawata Height: 5'7 Weight:
Killua Workout Routine: Train like The Hunter x Hunter Character with this Killua Inspired Workout Routine. Think you have what it takes?
BONUS: We're finally bringing in another Blue Lock character to join Yoichi Isagi. I've read a bit of the manga and now I'm watching the anime as it releases, and it's amazing. It definitely makes sense why Blue Lock is currently one of the most popular manga in Japan right now in terms of overall sales (coming in within the top ten month after month). We don't have a Blue Lock Database, but Meguru Bachira will be joining our other athletes inside our Sports Themed Anime Workouts; a list continuously growing in popularity. Meguru Bachira Stats: Real Name: Meguru Bachira
BONUS: The new Black Clover movie is blowing up on Netflix and it's time to bring in another character into our Black Clover Workouts Database. We actually had more requests for Ladros than we did for Vetto, surprisingly enough, but now with the movie release I'm pushing Vetto up a notch and making some space for him among our other characters. I even sent out our weekly newsletter with bonus downloads for all our Asta and popular character workouts. But if you're not ready for a weight training workout you'll want to jump into our calisthenics workouts and pick a
BONUS: Chigiri is the next up among our Blue Lock characters and he's pushing us over the edge. We were originally going to be strictly hosting our Blue Lock characters inside our Sports Themed Anime Inspired Workouts, but now we have more than enough to warrant their own section entirely. Which is why we're bringing in our all new Blue Lock Inspired Workouts mini-database! Chigiri also comes in as this week's top picks not for being the most popular among requests, but also for another reason. We actually just put up our list of the Top Ten Best Blue Lock
BONUS: I told you that we were going to be on a bit of a tear with One Piece Workouts, and we're back for one that NEEDED a slot after our One Piece live action on Netflix: Arlong! Arlong was a character that didn't have many requests from the manga and anime, but when the live action went live you guys flooded my request inbox. If it wasn't clear, we're going to be training with weights for this one, after having a few other new One Piece characters join the database and also our calisthenics workouts, because Arlong is massive.
BONUS: Next up among our Anime Inspired Workouts is Senju Kawaragi! Senju was our top request after our current lineup of Tokyo Revengers Inspired Workouts. Which was actually slightly surprising, only due to the fact that Tokyo Revengers is one of the most popular anime out right now and we've met a handful of other characters far more than we've met Senju who we've only met within the manga! But, when The SHJ Army makes it clear you guys want a character, we make it happen. Plus, Senju is going to be an awesome addition to our Workout Placement Quizzes
BONUS: I love Kaiju No. 8 and can't wait for the anime adaptation, but before that happens we need to fill up our Kaiju No. 8 Inspired Workouts Database more! And that means Vice Captain Soshiro Hoshina needs his spot. I'll tell you right now that Gen Narumi is coming next, but I knew I needed to give our Vice Captain his slot first. For this one we're going to be training with calisthenics to build our routine around the swordsman - and this is a place we've been before with a ton of other characters - but Soshiro Hoshina
BONUS: We've had a good mix of weight training and calisthenics within our Classroom Of The Elite Inspired Workouts - and even a good mix of male and female characters so far. Now we're bringing in Horikita Manabu with a mixture of calisthenics and endurance work. Manabu is still a super popular character that got a good amount of requests to be added on the site - and he's also going to be a great variation for us training-wise, while also being able to build around a beginner to intermediate level for our beginners inside The SHJ Army. So if
Nana Shimura Workout Routine: Train like The Seventh User of One For All with this Nana Shimura Inspired Workout Routine!
BONUS: We are bringing in one of the most powerful Kengan Ashura characters there is. We've already seen some insanely strong Kengan Ashura characters within our Kengan Ashura Inspired Workouts, but Kuroki Gensai has still defeated even Fang! We're not going to be able to become as strong as Kuroki with just one workout routine, but I do want to make a point to tell you that we're going to be training our butts off to get as close as we possibly can. But, don't worry, it will still be scalable if you need to take it down a notch
BONUS: We can't have Akame and Leone from Akame ga Kill! and not have Ryuko from Kill La Kill! I mean, we CAN, but it shouldn't happen in my opinion. Ryuko has had enough requests that it warrants her a spot at SHJ regardless, but after just seeing Leone come in with a super intense calisthenics workout I figured now is the perfect time to get enough awesome female in our Anime Workouts Database. Although, to be fair, we have been seeing at least 1-3 new female characters per week hit the site. Just to be clear before we get
BONUS: It's about time The Shield Hero finally makes his way into our Anime Workouts Database. We're going to learn more about Naofumi Iwatani and his role as the Shield Hero and one of the Four Legendary Heroes - but for now we'll wait to get fully into our workout routine research below. Naofumi was requested a TON the last few months which pushed him way up on the list and made him a priority this week. I wouldn't even be surprised if he somehow found his way amongst some of the most popular anime workouts on the entire site.
BONUS: We brought back Sasuke, and now it's time for Kakashi to make another appearance here at SHJ. Our Naruto Inspired Workouts are full of new characters coming in on a regular basis, but it's always fun to get some of these circuits to bring back some characters we've already seen. Plus, some member sin our SHJ Army love taking workouts from our Jump Rope Workout Database and plugging them right into the full weekly workouts you'll find inside our Anime Workouts Database. Which is exactly how it should be! And, like I said, this isn't the first time we're
