** NIGHT SHIFT** This progressive care / step down report sheet is perfect for new nurses who need a guide but don't like carrying around multiple pieces of paper for multiple patients. As a new nurse I always preferred one "brain" where I could see all the information. The front of the sheet is a systems approach for 3 critical care / PCU patients and the back can be used to stay organized with hourly tasks, to do lists, and just adding updates when you work more than one shift in a row. The sheet might look a little cluttered, but if you're not sure what is important during report, this is an excellent guide to start and help you create your own flow! Hope you enjoy :)
