Happy Monday! I don't know about you, but the entire month of January I had lost all motivation to work out. I don't know if it had to do with feeling drained after the holidays or what, but I had NO motivation whatsoever. Mornings when I would set my alarm to go to the gym before work, I would hit the snooze button too many times until it was too late! (terrible I know) Sleeping in just felt better I guess. (DUH) January is over now and I have realized Summer is just a few short months away and I need to get to it! This is not about me wanting to lose weight, I just need to tone up, and lets be honest, we all feel much better about ourselves after we get a workout in, am I right?? I am normally a fairly active person, and I do enjoy working out and running, I have just been going through a weird, no motivation phase.
