RECIPE (4 servings, 1h prep time): -a chunk of celeriac -2 carrots -1 onion -3 cloves of garlic Sauté in oil. -150g soy chunks -300ml water -2 Tbsp soy sauce -2 Tsp chicken spice Cook the soy chunks until all the water is gone. Then add to the veggies. -4 big Tbsp tomato paste -1 Tbsp flour Stir it in. -200ml red wine Deglaze the pan with it. -2 cups (500ml) water -salt and pepper to taste -2 bay leaves -1 Tsp dried thyme Let it simmer for at least 30mins but the longer the better.
