Quick and easy no churn ‘Ribena Ice Cream’! Ingredients: Makes 1 litre: • 450g fresh blackcurrants, or 375g of defrosted frozen ones • Juice and zest of one lime • 600ml double cream • 2 tbsp caster sugar • 397g can of condensed milk Making the most of the blackcurrant farm shop haul (a rare find!) and made some ‘Ribena’ flavour ice cream. No fancy ice cream makers needed, you can make this in fifteen minutes flat and let the freezer do the rest of the work!
