Let it cool for few seconds, pour some oil and knead the dough nicely. Roll it and cut into small pieces. You can store rice cakes in refrigerator for few days. • Using microwave- Microwave for 1:50 minute , take it out mix it well add little water if required and again microwave for 1:20 minutes. • Ingredients for sauce/gravy - • Oil - 2tbsp • Garlic cloves - 4-5 • Chilli flakes - 1tsp • Sesame seeds - 1tbsp • Sugar - 1tsp • Red chilli powder - 2tsp • ( you can adjust it according to your taste) • Salt
