This was 100% inspired by @seaspiracy 🙏🏾 plus they taste bomb! 🤤🤤🤤 Vegan Fish Blend in food processor. • 1 20 oz can of Young Green Jackfruit • 2 TBSP Vegan Miso paste 1 TBSP Nori Seasoning Dry Batter 1 Cup of flour • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp pepper • 1 tsp paprika Mix together. Wet Batter 6 TBSP JUST egg Panko 1 Cup Panko Step 1. Blend Jackfruit, nori seasoning, and miso paste together in a food processor. Step 2. Use a spatula and shape the jackfruit into rectangle shape. Step 3. Place jackfruit on parchment paper and Into freezer for 3 to 4 hours or once frozen Step 4. Dip jackfruit jackfruit into all 3 batters. Step 5. Air Fry, Fry or Bake until crispy. Serve with Vegan Tatar sauce!
