Encurta-se a claridade diurna... tornando-se os serões mais longos... e, suscitam devaneios !!! E num desses serões... despertou-me a gulodice, dum bolo de boas recordações. O bolo de Bolacha Maria. Era um bolo divertido, e não necessitando de forno era ótimo para preparar com crianças. Começavam-mos por colocar todos os ingredientes sobre a mesa (que não eram muitos) aguardando que a batedeira cumprisse a sua função e nos oferece-se aquele creme... doce e macio (adicionava sempre chocolate em pó). Com o ar perfumado de café, começávamos a construir as camadas de bolachas e creme... a meia altura do bolo, já o prato do café era uma papa, de bolacha molhadas em demasia, e o restante, escorria entre as bolachas e o creme de chocolate... parecido com uma Torre de Babel... mas delicioso. Terminávamos lambuzados, mas divertidos. Mudam-se os tempos... mudam-se vontades... e as minhas netas não gostam do Bolo de Bolacha Maria ,com chocolate... Alterei um pouco a receita e o bolo ficou delicioso, mantendo a manteiga como a tradição assim o exige. Ingredientes 200gr de manteiga 200gr de açúcar em pó 250ml de café, forte e sem açúcar 1 clara de oco 1 colher de sobremesa de sumo de limão 300 a 350gr de bolacha maria, inteiras Preparação - Bater a manteiga à temperatura ambiente com o açucar até ficar em creme, junte a clara e bata novamente até obter um creme fofo. Adicione o sumo de limão e envolva bem. - Escolha o formato que desejar para formar o desenho do bolo e comece a preparação. - Não molhe, a primeira camada de bolacha, mas coloque um pouco de creme sob cada uma para aderirem ao prato e facilitar a colocação das camadas seguintes. Sobre as bolachas espalhe a primeira camada de creme. - Molhe as bolachas no café morno e retira de imediato, espalhe nova camada de creme e, de camada em camada, terminará... sendo a ultima de creme. - Termine, polvilhe a superfície de bolo com bolacha esfarelada.
