Ako mozda jos uvek razmisljate o praznicnim kolacicima a na Vasoj listi ima jos jedno upraznjeno mesto, onda Vam najtoplije preporucujem ove prhke korpice sa mekanim filom od oraha, keksa i ruma i prelivene cokoladom glazurom. Mogu se vrlo lako napraviti (nadam se da imate metalne modlice, ako treba javite se pa se mozemo organizovati;). Korpice su divno prhke i sve su ukusnije kako duze stoje... ali isto tako, brzo i nestaju sa tanjira!:) Sastojci (za korpice): 200 g maslaca ili masti, 120 g secera, 2 jajeta, 500 g brasna, 1/2 kesice praska za pecivo Fil: 200 g maslaca, 200 s secera u prahu, 1,5 dl mleka, 150 g mlevenih oraha, 150 g mlevenog keksa, 1 kasicica kakao praha, 1 kasika ruma Glazura: 200 g cokolade, 6 kasika ulja Priprema: Umutiti penasto maslac (ili mast) sobne temperature sa kristal secerom i celim jajima. Izmesati brasno i prasak za pecivo, pa dodati umucenom maslacu. Sjediniti sve sastojke dok se ne dobije glatka smesa. Odvajati po malo testa i oblagati metalne kalupice (ne treba ih prethodno premazivati). Testo se lako utiskuje u kalupice i bolje je da bude sto tanje jer ce jos narasti prilikom pecenja. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 15-20 minuta. Paziti da korpice ostanu svetle boje a dovoljno je da samo ivica blago porumeni. Kad se korpice malo prohlade, pazljivo ih izvaditi iz kalupica jer su veoma prhke. Ostaviti ih da se potpuno ohlade a u medjuvremenu pripremiti fil. Izmesati mlevene orahe, keks i kakao. Posebno umutiti maslac i secer u prahu, pa sjediniti sa orasima i keksom. Dodati mleko i malo ruma. Sve fino izmesati da se smesa izjednaci. Malom kasicom puniti ohladjene korpice ali ne sasvim do kraja, pa nozem lepo izravnati.:) Pripremiti glazuru: otopiti na pari (ili na tihoj vatri) cokoladu sa malo ulja. Promesati da se sve lepo izjednaci, pa kasicicom sipati po malo cokolade preko fila na svaku korpicu. Sacekati da se glazura potpuno stegne i cuvati u frizideru do sluzenja. Napomena: korpice se mogu cuvati u kutiji sa poklopcem, a ako se redjaju u vise redova najbolje ih je odvojiti celofanom. Mogu se napraviti par dana ranije i bice divno mekane kad se posluze.:)
