Продуктите: 1 ч.ч. фини овесени ядки 1 ч.ч. сварена киноа 50гр. изсушени кайсии 50гр. орехи 50гр. кашу 50гр.слънчоглед 50гр.шам фъстък 1ч.л. чия семена 2 с.л. фъстъчено масло 2 с.л. мед Нарязвам всички сурови ядки и кайсиите на дребно.В купа смесвам овесените ядки,сварената киноа ,ядките с касиите и семената чия.Разтапям в микровълновата/или на водна баня/ фъстъченото масло и меда.Прибавям към сухата смес и разбърквам много добре,докато стане еднородна.Ако получената смес ви се струва много суха ,прибавете още малко мед или фъстъчено масло. Застилам тавичка с размери 20/30см. с хартия за печене.Разстилам сместта и заглаждам.Изпичам в загрята фурна на 180'С за около 20минути или докато блата стане със златиста коричка. Оставям го напълно да изстине.След това нарязвам на правоъгълници и гарнирам с малко разтопено фъстъчено масло и кокосови стърготини.Нарязаните барове могат да се пакетират поединично във фолио за свежо съхранение.
