Feel free to modify the amounts of heat...this was SPICY. Ingredients: • 1/3 package spaghetti (bronze dye). • 2 calabrian chiles (modify). • 1.5 tsp calabrian chili oil. • 1 shallot. • 3/4 cup cherry tomatoes (halved). • 1 cup tomato sauce (I used my basic tomato sauce recipe). • 2 strips thick cut bacon (use 1.5 on the sauce and sautée 1/2 for topping). • 1 tsp crushed red peppers. • 1/3 parmigiano reggiano + more for topping. • basil and chives to taste. •smoked sea salt and black pepper. Directions: • 1.- cook your pasta. • 2.- sautée the shallot and bacon with the calabrian chili oil for 4-5 min
