Upside Down Baklava Cake Ingredients: • 80g Orange Blossom Honey • 50g Walnuts • 80g Pistachios • 4 Eggs • 250g Sugar • 150g Oil • 240ml Orange Juice • 140g Self-Raising flour • 200g Semolina • 100g Coconut • 1Tsp cinnamon Method: • Place baking paper on the bottom of an inch cake tin. Overlaying the paper. • Squeeze the honey at the bottom of the tin and evenly place the crushed nuts on top and press down gently. Place in the fridge while making the batter. • Whip the eggs and sugar together for 5 minutes until it foams. • Whisk in the oil and orange juice.
