Stage 4 of the GAPS intro diet (my Stage 4 pinboard is here) allows you to roast meats instead of boiling them, add in cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil (I ONLY use COOC certified oil), add freshly made juice, and add almond bread (which is essentially the pancake recipe made from almond meal or almond flour instead of almond butter).
